Partner Member

  • A Partner Member Is a business owner, property owner or representative of a River District organization focusing on the development of historic downtown Fort Myers as a hub of economic, social and cultural activity; or a business providing a good or service.
  • Must be located in the “Downtown Management Corporation Area” defined as the properties falling within the borders marked by west of the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, East of the Riverside Community Center, North of the Caloosahatchee River and South to the City of Palms Park and IMAG.
  • Is in compliance with all applicable government and industry mandated health, safety and business licensing and permitting requirements and has not had its legal authorization to operate revoke or suspended.
  • Has its principal focus on entertainment, cultural, educational, recreational, or historical activities.

Supplier Associate Member

  • A Supplier Associate Member is a business or organization, which is actively engaged in providing goods and services to the RDA and does not maintain a physical location in the defined “Downtown Management Corporation Area.” This membership category does not guarantee participation in RDA Events as a performance artist or vendor.
  • Is in compliance with all applicable government and industry mandated health, safety and business licensing and permitting requirements and has not had its legal authorization to operate revoke or suspended.

Non Profit Partner (Limited number of memberships available)

  • A Non Profit Partner Member must have 501 c(3) status and located in Lee County, Florida
  • Is in compliance with all applicable government and industry mandated health, safety and business licensing and permitting requirements and has not had its legal authorization to operate revoke or suspended.

Supplier Associate Member (Anual Dues $100)

Non Profit Partner (Anual Dues $100)

  • Two opportunities to run the beverage tent at RDA sponsored events (Art Walk and Music Walk as available), (Must adhere to guidelines set forth by RDA to operate beverage tent and obtain ABT Permit and Insurance for desired event)
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Invitation to Annual meeting
  • Requests for Non Profit Partner membership shall be submitted to the membership committee and shall be approved by a majority vote of the Board members at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors.
