The RDA welcomes Artist Vendors to participate in selling and/or demonstrating their works specific months of the year during Art Walk. Artist Vendors will be invited to participate once their application is accepted. Please read the list of guidelines for Art Walk before applying.

  • Artists are required to complete an artist application to voice their interest in participating. If approved, the artist will be contacted directly.
  • The cost of participation is $50 for a 10×10 space. The artist is responsible for bringing all materials needed to sell and display their work (tables, chairs, tents).
  • Please note that there are certain items that we cannot allow to be sold at the event. The items are but not limited to, beaded bracelets, gemstones and crystals, or soaps.
  • The artist is responsible for the set up and break down on the night of the event. We will allow artists one hour prior to the start of the event for set up.
  • Electricity is NOT guaranteed. Our power source comes from the light poles and is often unreliable. In order to avoid any lighting issues, we HIGHLY encourage you to bring either solar powered or battery operated lights. We cannot be held accountable if the electricity isn’t properly operating during the event. These poles are city operated and we have no jurisdiction over them.
  • Applications must be received 48 hours prior to the event to meet the deadline. This is to provide the event coordinator adequate time to review each individual artists applications, make our selections, and compose a map with each artists assigned space.
  • Assigned spaces are to ensure no two artists with similar products are next to each other or in front of a business that sells similar items.
