Every masterpiece of horror begins with ordinary materials.

Join us for another evening of Crafting the Damned, where discarded items become the haunted relics, cursed artifacts, and unsettling props that will fill Stage Fright Nights: Summoning the Damned.

This week’s workshop focuses on transforming everyday objects into eerie pieces of set dressing. We’ll create weathered spell books worthy of Madame Morta’s collection, realistic skulls and skeletal remains, and other haunting props that help tell the story of the spirits trapped within the theatre. We’ll also demonstrate how simple recyclables—like plastic milk jugs and water bottles—can become convincing corpses, creatures, and scenic elements with a little imagination and creativity.

No experience is necessary. Whether you’re an artist, crafter, builder, or someone who simply enjoys making things, there’s a project for every skill level. Bring your creativity, a willingness to learn, and any recyclable materials or craft supplies you’d like to donate.

Together, we’ll prove that the scariest things aren’t bought—they’re built.
