Block P

Block P – The P Blocks represent to public improvements integral to the plan.  These improvements include work in three core areas including:

1. Waterfront inlet, water features and marina improvements which greatly enhances the accessibility of the waterfront for recreational and commercial activity.
2. Park improvements and amenities which include a boardwalk for pedestrians to enjoy the waterfront, park pavilions, a plaza, performance stages, and a family friendly water feature will all increase the usability of this premiere public space for everyday enjoyment and an expanded calendar of events.
3. Necessary streetscapes to the roads and sidewalks within the redevelopment area.
