Arcadia Publishing describes her book as “the story of the ancient mastodons that once roamed its shores, the 19th century entrepreneurs who bent it to their wills, and the celebrities [including Thomas Edison and Henry Ford] who have relaxed on its waters.  Richly illustrated with historical images and observations, “Along the Caloosahatchee River” chronicles the life of the singular waterway that joins the

heart of Southwest Florida to the Gulf of Mexico and beyond.”
